Korda - N Trap KD Ready Tied Rigs
These pre-tied KD rigs are a worthy addition to our ready-tied rig range, such is the popularity and effectiveness of this presentation. Korda was at the very heart of the KD-rig revolution a few years back, and the likes of Tom Dove and Ali Hamidi still use it, as well as its variant, the Muzza. So, with this in mind, we wanted to make sure that our ready-tied version was what we considered to be the ultimate KD on the market. After Tom tied and approved what he considered to be the perfect KD rig, we had it copied by our rig tiers. You’ll notice that each ready-tied rig has been meticulously produced, to Tom’s exacting specifications. The result is a range of rigs that Tom himself would happily cast out and use with confidence!
Korda N Trap DF Ready Tied Rigs
The standard DF rigs are available in barbed and barbless versions, in sizes 10,8 and 6, and come in packaging that keeps them nice and straight and protects those all-important hook points, keeping them needle sharp
Korda - Dark Matter Ready Tied Rigs
The Wide Gape hook pattern is incredible in terms of it’s hooking potential anyway, but has been enhanced even more by the addition of a short length of shrink tube that helps to make the hook turn even more aggressively when in a carp’s mouth, and a small piece of silicone tubing on the shank of the hook ensures the hair comes off at the optimum point.
Korda - Skyliner Inline Leads
The Skyliner is the same shape as the Swivel Distance lead so it possesses many of the same qualities. Like the swivel version, it is designed as the longest casting lead in the inline range. Korda - Flat Pear Inline Leads
There's a popular misconception that flat leads sit on silt. This does not happen, any lead finds the easiest path through the water so instead of fluttering down to the lake bed, a nose-heavy flat lead like this will plummet down side on and nose first, making it less effective in the silt than say a Swivel Pear lead.
Korda Fake Food Pop Up Corn
Korda's first release in the Fake Food range is this pop-up imitation corn. It's Danny Fairbrass' baby, and here's what he has to say about it: “I have put a great deal of time and effort into formulating a bespoke range of plastic hook baits to cover almost any angling situation, worldwide. Our baits are different from anything else because they contain our favourite flavour/attractor combinations arrived at after years of making our own pop-ups, actually moulded into the plastic. These flavour combinations are as follows, I.B. - Ali's Illegal bast###s, a blend of several fruits that is now legendary. Pink Fruity Squid - blend of the best squid and several fruity attractors. White Banoffee - Danny's most recent favourite that has caught him huge fish all over Europe
Korda - Pop Up Maize
This plastic maize is the perfect size for standalone hook baits, but can be used to tip off boilie hook baits too. There are ten pieces of maize per pack and they come supplied with matching hair stops.
Korda Fake Food Slow Sinking Corn
This Slow Sinking Corn is the perfect hook bait for fishing over particles, in solid bags or even on its own! Each grain has its flavour combination actually moulded into the plastic, rather than simply soaked in, which makes them quite different from other plastic products on the market.
Korda - Slow Sinking Maize
Korda's Slow Sinking Maize has been designed to waft down ever so slowly, making it the perfect hook bait to use over light particles , stick mix or groundbait. It’s actually useful for use as a single hook bait too because of the unique way that it has been made. Rather than simply soaking the finished pieces of maize in flavour, we’ve had the flavour mixed in at the moulding stage, so the lovely lingering smell will last ages!

As with the rest of the range, they differ from plastic hook baits made by other manufacturers as the attractor combinations have been moulded into the plastic during construction, rather than simply soaked in neat flavour, which washes away quickly.

Korda - Bait Floss
Korda's first bait floss is the perfect addition to our chod kit. It’s absolutely perfect for tying on pop-ups of all descriptions, especially cork ballers. The floss is flat in profile, which helps it to grip the surface of even the hardest, smoothest pop-ups. Once you’ve tied the bait on, using the knot shown below, simply run a cigarette lighter flame around the floss, which will render it transparent. Each spool holds fifty metres of floss, which will last ages!
