The two-part process cuts perfectly neat cubes that match the size of the Korum Meat Stoppas perfectly.
1. Place the meat inside the outer unit and centralise its position.
2. Use the slotted unit to cut the meat into strips.
3.Use the cubed unit to produce the finished cube.
4. If required, use the pushers on the tool to release the meat.
Available in 2 sizes - 12mm and 23mm.
